Nice
Nice: The fifth largest city in France. Location of the international airport, large harbor, world class museums, a beach front boulevard (Promenade Des Anglais), a pedestrian friendly old town (La Vieille Ville) and the famous landmark the Negresco Hotel.
Shopping Nice: La Vieille Ville: Pedestrian only area lined with restaurants, cafes and several individual boutiques that carry many top designers. Also in the mornings a fresh fruit and vegetable market and in the afternoons a beautiful flower market.
Avenue Jean Medecin: Equipped with the new Nice tram system, this is the main street for shopping. It has several chain boutiques such as Zara, Mango, Morgan and H&M. Half way down the street is the "Nice Etoile" a three level mall with boutiques such as BCBG MaxAzri, Lancel and Princess Tam Tam. Further towards the sea is the Place Massena with its beautiful fountains and the department store Galeries Lafayete full of many collections of top designers. Branching off from Place Massena there are many streets full of shopping from home goods, edibles,shoes, purses,unique costume jewelry and top end designers such as Hermes.
St. Laurent du Var: An area outside of the center of Nice with a large two level mall Cap 3000 full of mid-range priced boutiques and a department store.
